Macmillan Fundraiser, 2nd October 2009
St John's College Chapel, Cambridge

Cambridge Chord Company performed in the fantastic Chapel of St John's College in Cambridge to support a concert organised by Alison Stephens, the internationally acclaimed mandolin player, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Alison and her friend and colleague Craig Ogden presented a selection of music for mandolin and guitar from the 19th and 20th centuries - quite a contrast to our barbershop performance.
 
The chorus had fun coping with the astonishing acoustics in the historic chapel.
 
The evening was a great success and raised over £2,000 for the MacMillan charity.
